The ESO Administrator plays a pivotal role in providing crucial administrative support to the National Office Chief Psychologist/Director Programmes team. Responsible for a wide range of tasks, the role involves coordinating general administrative services such as record-keeping, meeting organisation, and travel arrangements. Additionally, the ESO Administrator serves as a central control point for the management of psychology-specific workflows, ensuring the timely processing of reports and assessments. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. The ESO Administrator also facilitates communication by managing official correspondence and responding to information requests related to psychology data. By building strong internal relationships and working collaboratively as part of a team, the ESO Administrator contributes to the overall efficiency and success of the department. This role offers the opportunity to utilise initiative, embrace continuous learning, and contribute to a dynamic and supportive work environment.
