Job Description The International College of Auckland (ICA NZ) is a distinguished NZQA-accredited Private Training Establishment (PTE), proudly serving students since 2001. Located in the vibrant heart of Auckland, ICA NZ offers a wide array of courses tailored to today's dynamic job market. Our programs encompass English Language (New Zealand Certificate in English Language), Information Technology, and a full suite of engineering disciplines — Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electronic Engineering — making us unique as the only PTE in New Zealand with such an extensive Engineering curriculum.

\n We are looking for an Office Manager to manage our daily office operations and support our busy team.

\n Location of Work: Auckland

\n Number of Vacancies: 1

\n Type of employment: permanent full time, 30-40 hours per week

\n Days required: Monday to Sunday

\n Pay: $30 - $35 per hour depending on qualification and experience

\n Your duties will include:

\n \n Organise and manage the school’s daily office operations and administrative services.

\n Develop and maintain office procedures, administrative systems and accurate records.

\n Allocate work to administrative staff, monitor performance and coordinate training.

\n Coordinate administrative support between teaching, admissions, student services and finance teams.

\n Assist management with office operational budgets, monitor expenditure on equipment, supplies and other administrative purchases, and prepare operational and administrative reports.

\n Coordinate the procurement of office, teaching and laboratory equipment and supplies, including obtaining quotations, arranging orders and deliveries, maintaining records, and monitoring stock levels

\n Oversee the school’s fixed assets, including office, teaching and laboratory equipment, and maintain accurate asset records.

\n Provide general administrivia support for finance and staff-related matter as required

\n Coordinate meetings, orientation and other programme-related administrative arrangements.

\n Ensure office activities follow school policies and applicable privacy and health and safety requirements.

\n \n Successful applicants will have:

\n \n A relevant New Zealand Diploma or above, in Business, Management, Finance or a related field, or at least three years of relevant office management experience.

\n Able to meet deadline and work under pressure

\n Great work ethic and a hard-working attitude

\n Excellent attention to details

\n \n Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
