Maintaining the orginisations CyberSecurity Essentials and ISO 27001 accredidations
Technical audits
Remedial action support following pen test and venerability scanning tools Microsoft and common third party software patch management
Promote Informatiuon Security staff awareness material and help to embed best practices during support engagements
Contributing to projects across the infrastructure and support team
Techs you'll be working with:
Windows server '16 - '19, TCP IP, Active directory, troubleshooting LAN/WAN/VPN connectivity - Cisco and Palo Alto, VMware servers, along with legal applications including but not limited to digital dictation, legal account management software. Support of BOYD, tablets, iPhone and android.
About you:
You must be a diligent and hardworking troubleshooter
Proven 2 years experience in first line support role
Have 3rd level or IT professional qualification
