Reporting through to a highly skilled, experienced and approachable General Manager, you will be working with a small team of professionals across 3 entities and new acquisitions on the table.
Role
A new role for the business due to change and movement, with the support of the General Manager and Financial Controller, your responsibilities will consist of:
Preparing monthly management accounts
Ensure accuracy and integrity in monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Oversee tax compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
This has autonomy and responsibility so you need to have a “can do, just leave it with me” attitude, enjoy working in a busy, fast paced role. This has variety plus!
You
To really be able to hit the ground running, it would be great if you had exposure to the property sector, but they are very open. Combine this with your strong attention to detail, organisation and problem solving skills alongside, high confidentiality plus commercial smarts and your success will be secured. You will be invaluable to the overall operation of the business and the GM will appreciate having you on board one day a week.
