Job Description we are a small company based on Auckland; we work all over Auckland region. We are looking for a construction supervisor to join us. Must have own transport.
\n Job Description
\n • assisting Construction Managers, Architects and Surveyors in planning and organisation
\n • interpreting plans, regulations and codes of practice
\n • preparing preliminary sketches, working drawings and specifications
\n • preparing, editing and revising plans, maps, charts and drawings
\n • coordinating works programs
\n • inspecting work and materials for compliance with specifications, regulations and standards
\n • calculating costs and estimating time scales
\n • collecting data using surveying instruments and photogrammetric equipment
\n • performing routine computations and plotting preliminary data

\n • Location: Auckland
\n • Permanent full-time
\n • Positions for this job: 1
\n • Pay rate: $36-$40 per hour
\n • Days required: 5-6 days/week
\n • Hours per week: at least 30, maximum 55 hours/week
\n The successful applicant must have the following:
\n • Associated diploma in engineering project or construction project supervising
\n • Or at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above
\n • Physical fitness and could handle the heavy workload
\n • Quality workmanship and eye for detail
\n • Strong dedication to health and workplace safety Strong ability to work independently
