Job Description About TMT Property Services Ltd \n TMT Property Services Ltd is an Auckland-based construction and property services company established in 2018.

\n We undertake and coordinate a range of residential and commercial construction and property improvement projects across Auckland. Our work includes residential developments, multi-unit housing, renovation and improvement works, exterior works, project handover and defect rectification, as well as ongoing property maintenance services.

\n Due to our ongoing project workload, we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team on a permanent,full-time basis (min. 30 hours per week) and manage construction and property improvement projects from commencement through to completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities \n \n Plan, coordinate and manage residential and commercial construction, renovation and property improvement projects from commencement through to completion and handover.

\n Prepare and manage project scopes, construction programmes, budgets, work schedules and resource requirements.

\n Review architectural drawings, engineering plans, specifications and other construction documentation to support project planning and delivery.

\n Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and other parties involved in project delivery.

\n Plan and coordinate the procurement of construction materials, plant and equipment, and assist with contractor and supplier selection.

\n Monitor project costs, progress, variations and expenditure against approved budgets and programmes.

\n Conduct regular site meetings and inspections to monitor construction progress, workmanship, quality and compliance with project requirements.

\n Identify and manage construction risks, delays and project issues, and coordinate appropriate solutions and defect rectification where required.

\n Liaise with clients, property owners, architects, engineers, contractors and relevant authorities throughout the project lifecycle.

\n Coordinate inspections, practical completion and project handover, maintain appropriate project records, and provide regular progress and cost reports to company management.

\n Requirements \n To be successful in this role, you will have:

\n \n A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Construction Management, Engineering Management, Civil Engineering or a closely related field.

\n At least five years of relevant experience in construction project management, property development or a closely related construction environment.

\n Demonstrated experience in managing construction projects, contractors, project programmes and budgets.

\n The ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and other project documentation.

\n Strong organisational, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

\n Good computer literacy and project planning skills.

\n A good understanding of construction quality, health and safety, and project delivery requirements.
