We have an exciting opportunity available, working for an international and growing organisation within the sports sector.
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager (Member Association Services) who will report to the Head of Member Association Services and lead the Member Association Finance team.
Primarily you will be responsible for:
Creating a high-performing work environment and culture within the team.
You will also support and monitor OFC member associations (MAs) financial compliance, along with OFC funding requirements and programmes.
Managing, in collaboration with respective HODs the preparation of donors’ financial reports ensuring OFC ‘s compliance with all donors’ requirements.
Providing accurate reports on MA’s financial compliance and funding status.
This is a newly created role, there is therefore the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the way we work!
About You
You will have 5+ years experience in the accounting sector
And experience in auditing and compliance
You will be confident leading a team, and have demonstrated experience doing so
Ideally, you will have a bachelors level degree in finance, or similar
You will also have a CPA/CA qualification or be working towards this
You will possess strong analytical skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
Additionally, you will have advanced computer skills, including use of the Microsoft Office suite

Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) is the umbrella organisation of the national football associations within Oceania. Located at the Home of Football in St Johns, Auckland, OFC has 13 Member Associations which it supports through various programmes.
We utilise football in the Oceania region whilst also using the game as a tool for social development. Our vision is to raise the standard of football in Oceania, and to utilise the power and passion of football to help promote education, community development, capacity building, health awareness, cultural exchange, and economic development within the football community.
