Reporting directly into the Team Leader you will be a natural communicator with a pride and personal interest in what you do.

You will be the face and voice of our business:

Answering phone queries

Reception duties

Assisting customers in person and via email

Processing sleep test referrals and sending out sleep tests

Performing administrative duties for completed sleep reports and company sleep test contracts

To succeed in this role, you will have the following –

Previous experience in a busy retail, customer service or admin role.

Provide a caring and outstanding reception duties to our customers

Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure.

A strong customer service that is always looking for the best outcome for the individual

Strong and adaptable communication skills are a must.

An active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issues.

Any previous experience in healthcare and/or MYOB
