Job Description Our company is recruiting a Maintenance Technicians to work in the Wellington Region and support our clients following a recent increase in projects.
\n We offer a guaranteed minimum of 30 working hours per week, with a pay rate of $30.00 to
\n $40.00 per hour for the right candidates.
\n Your duties includes:
\n • Fitter for Air Conditioning Maintenance
\n • Working with the clients as per built Mechanical Engineering Drawings to locate the layout of Air conditioning systems/corrosion of sheet metal/air handling units/ductwork, then clean/repair as required.
\n • Measuring of corroded sections, marking and cutting of new sheet metal in the air handling units and ductwork. In some applications welding of sections will also be required.
\n • Fan coil unit inspections and filter maintenance.
\n • Installation/cleaning of new Air conditioning systems including Toilet, General, and kitchen exhaust systems.
\n • Supervising other staff when assigned that function.
\n • Must comply with requirements of Site-Specific Safety Plan for each workplace location.
\n Requirement :
\n • Hold a Certificate Level 4 or higher qualification in Engineering, Technology, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning Installation, or a related field.
\n • Or hold a minimum of two years of relevant experience
\n • Physically fit to lift up machinery and tools
