A bit about the role
As a key point of contact between our site admin and health and safety teams, you will play a crucial role in supporting current and upcoming construction projects. A great role for somebody who thrives in being the hub of information; you’ll be an expert liaison with everyone from head office to site and will be well versed in the daily workings within the construction industry.
You’ll be:
Providing admin support to construction projects; documentation management, scheduling
Completing routine site visits when necessary (full access to company cars)
Ensuring compliance across sites; updating staff and distribution of agendas
Producing weekly incident reports and other ad-hoc reporting
Liaising with hiring managers to ensure upcoming expiring training is rebooked and seen to
Providing general support to Quality/Health and Safety Managers/Site Managers
About you:
Previous experience in a construction administration role, with a strong emphasis on health and safety
Down to earth, collaborative approach to work
Meticulous eye for detail; nothing slips through the cracks
A great sense of humour
Some current knowledge of best H&S practice within the industry ideal
