The role

Our Corporate and Commercial Team advises local, national and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. You will be part of our Auckland team.

We are in a growth phase and, as such, are looking for an Associate with 3 to 5 years’ experience working within a corporate commercial environment and a Senior Associate with 8-10 years’ experience to join our team in Auckland. You will be a team player, and have a desire to build your career as a recognised Corporate and Commercial Lawyer with transactional expertise.

Ideal candidates will have strong general commercial experience, ideally also with expertise in some or all of the following:

Mergers and acquisitions

Domestic and international transactions

Business and corporate advisory

Capital markets

Joint ventures, partnering and alliancing

Resource and energy

Commercial contracts
