About you
NZ Certificate in Engineering/Diploma or similar
2 years civil engineering experiencepreferable
Knowledge in NZ legislation mainlyrelated to Local Government e.g Local Government Act, Resource Management Act,
Must hold a current NZ Driver licence.
Skills and Experience for the role:
Ability to plan,prioritise and organise work.
Attention todetailto ensure our high standards are maintained.
Good problem-solvingability and attention to detail.
Computer AidedDesign, Information and Operating Systems (Graphical & Text)
Working knowledge of asset management tools.
Basic to mid-level Civil Design and Draughtingis desirable.
Quantity Surveying experience / understandingis desirable.
Contract Management/Project Managementexperience is desirable.
Smile and a sensehumour.
