The Writing Systems Manager plays a crucial role in helping Streamliners respond to these new challenges and opportunities.

What will you do?

Reporting to the Head of Platform, you’ll lead a team of professionals to ensure:

Content design and management systems are scalable for global growth and responsive to local contexts.

Efficient writing processes and writing systems are fit for purpose and meet internal and external customer needs.

Streamliners and our community can positively benefit from emerging new technologies, especially artificial intelligence large language models.

Information design expertise is applied to content within the HealthPathways platform and in other resources.

Who are you?

You’ll be someone who has that magical combination of being a pragmatic, effective leader who drives for results, along with bringing the specialised knowledge and expertise needed for the role.

You’ll have:

A bachelor’s degree in Information Design, Graphic Design, Linguistics, Information Management, Technical Communication, English, or another related field.

Specialised experience in content creation.

Effective team management or leadership experience.

Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.

Expertise in optimising content management systems and a wide range of writing tools in diverse environments to improve quality and efficiency.

Competence with contemporary industry trends and emerging technologies in information design.

Knowledge and expertise in the technologies used by writing teams.

The ability to analyse data and use insights to develop and optimise content strategy.
