They are currently seeking a successful Manager to run their Nelson Store!

\n \n $65k+ base salary depending on experience

\n Monthly Commission + Annual Bonus + Discounts

\n Seasonal Roster: Monday - Friday from April to September | Tuesday - Saturday October - March (no late nights)

\n 90 Day Training and Induction Program and, led by experienced retail leaders who are passionate about their job with strong staff retention and development

\n The Role:\n This is a hands-on Manager’s role and we need to be a proven sales and management performer who is energetic and 100% focused on delivering only the very best results for your store. Your role will include:

\n \n Driving Sales & KPI Targets both individually and store-based

\n Motivating a small team every day by driving a positive culture and customer service

\n Managing promotions and visual merchandising

\n HR Functions - Performance mgmt & recruitment

\n Overseeing all administrative duties including rosters, reporting, stocktake, stock management.

\n What you’ll bring?\n You’ll bring a high level of personal presentation with proven experience and the ability to lead, motivate, and drive your team by working alongside them and leading from the front, you’ll also have.

\n \n A genuine commitment and passion for the retail sector

\n Experience in perosnal sales + coaching your team

\n Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

\n Enthusiastic, Dynamic, driven and self-motivated personality

\n Ability to multi-task and prioritise deadlines and tasks

\n Must have full working rights in NZ
