Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to become an integral part of the team in a role that involves the full spectrum of office management and administrative duties. A successful candidate will strive in a busy environment, be able to coordinate multiple parts of the business to create a cohesive team and be a great communicator.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts receivable/payable and reconciliation of bank statements & customer accounts.
Managing customer enquiries.
Maintain office, store & staff supplies.
Debt collection.
Various other administration tasks.
Requirements :

Able to take instructions and requests from various managers.
Detailed knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
