This is a permanent, full-time position based in an Adult Residential Service. Hours are generally from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional on-call work required.

Post qualifying experience working within the Mental Health/AO Sector

Resilience and strong personal and professional boundaries

A calm and patient approach to challenges you may face

A current Full New Zealand driver's licence

The ability to coach and mentor staff and communicate effectively will also be beneficial.

In addition to driving change in YOUR community, you'll be doing so in a national organisation with opportunities for you to grow and develop, with extensive in-house training and paid study leave on offer.

Importantly, we advocate for your wellbeing! With three days of wellbeing leave, flexible working arrangements and access to free counselling, so you can proactively manage your health and wellbeing.

AND finally working with us will give you access to a range of discounts such as new furniture, gym membership and car rental to mention a few.
