MCS Group have partnered with a medical manufacturer to recruit an Account Manager for international markets who will work with distributors, clinicians, and educators to establish needs and maximise by consultative selling and building strong relationships. Offering £35-45k with bonus and hybrid working.
Role
Account management of a portfolio of key distributors, maintaining and developing relationships into lasting business partnerships.
Assessment of potential new distributors and their needs - creating and executing specific growth plans to ensure budgets, profitability, and business objectives are met.
Dedicated visits to distributors and their clients to support and train product knowledge, awareness, enthusiasm and ultimately sales.
Provide sales figures and reports as required into the Sales Director.
Assist the marketing team in the organisation and planning of trade shows, as well as hosting and managing own events, attending relevant trade shows, and conferences.
Individual
2-3 years medical sales experience (consultative)
Degree educated or equivalent
Demonstrated experience driving new business and maintaining relationships
Spanish language ability and/or experience working in international markets (advantageous)
Package
£35-45,000 depending on experience
Lucrative bonus structure
40% international travel
