Branch Manager

Job Description \n What you will enjoy doing\n \n Leading a strong safety culture with a focus on zero harm

\n Driving branch performance, including full P&L accountability

\n Growing sales through customer engagement and business development

\n You will be leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team

\n Overseeing branch operations, inventory, and service standards

\n Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders is part of your role

\n What makes you great\n \n Proven leadership experience in an industrial / manufacturing environment

\n Strong sales focus with the ability to grow business

\n Solid financial and commercial acumen (P&L experience)

\n Background in welding, engineering, or mechanical industries (preferred)

\n You have a passion for safety, customer service, and team development
