\n The minimum and maximum rate of pay or salary: $30- $36 /hr. before tax

\n The minimum guaranteed hours of work per week: 30hrs

\n The maximum hours of work per week: 40hrs

\n KHS Electrical Limited, established in 2023, provides electrical services in Auckland region. We are currently looking for a qualified Electrical Engineering Technician to join our team.

\n Tasks and Responsibilities:

\n ·       Assist in designing and laying out electrical systems for substations, switchgear, cabling systems, and motor control systems.

\n ·       Conduct tests on electrical systems, equipment, and installations.

\n ·       Collect, analyze, and interpret technical data; prepare charts, graphs, and reports to present findings.

\n ·       Estimate quantities of materials and calculate associated costs for electrical projects.

\n ·       Inspect electrical designs, systems, and completed installations to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.

\n ·       Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions where needed.

\n ·       Assemble, install, test, calibrate, and repair electrical equipment and installations.

\n ·       Ensure systems meet performance and safety requirements.

\n ·       Undertake workshop tasks, including assembling components for protection relays, metering, and control devices.

\n The minimum qualification and work experience requirements:

\n ·       At least relevant NZQF Diploma Level 5 qualification in electrical engineering OR

\n ·       At least three years of relevant work experience in the same field or industry

\n Other s kills required:

\n ·       Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

\n ·       Knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and compliance requirements

\n ·       Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

\n ·       Proficiency in the proper use and maintenance of equipment

\n ·       Ability to interpret design drawings
