About the Role
As the Commercial Project Manager, you will work closely with our commercial team to achieve targets and deliver outstanding results. Your role will involve leveraging your strong customer service skills and experience working towards KPIs and deadlines. We thrive in an environment that celebrates success, and we are seeking a natural go-getter who enjoys chasing leads, cold calling, and cultivating relationships to expand our business and drive success in the commercial sector.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
You will preferably have a background in the flooring or building/construction industry (or a closely related field). You will already have strong track record in achieving sales and/or already know who the key players are in the market.
Follow up on customer leads to maximize sales opportunities
Estimate flooring requirements and develop detailed plans for projects
Stay up-to-date with technical product knowledge
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Leverage your understanding of the flooring industry or experience selling trade-based products
Prepare and negotiate contracts effectively
Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
Demonstrate a track record of transforming commercial activity into tangible results
Work autonomously while collaborating with a supportive team
Possess knowledge of Health and Safety practices when submitting tenders for construction
You will have
Previous experience in B2B sales
A proven history of customer service
An efficient understanding of CRM systems
Previous experience in the construction industry is desirable but not essential
