About the role:
You will work as part of a dynamic team passionate about delivering a high level of personalised service to our customers. You will manage customer requirements for service and repair including; making bookings, monitoring work-in-progress, preparing and costing invoices; as well as all other duties to ensure our customers are receiving the highest standard of service. We are looking for someone who is super organised and efficient who works really well as part of a busy team.
About you:
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Able to manage time and prioritise workloads effectively
Strong organisational skills along with excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Strong team player with professional presentation
Good computer skills and is accurate with data entry
Holds a current NZ Driver’s License
Previous experience in the automotive industry or in a related customer-facing role would be desirable
