\n Are you highly organised, good with people and someone who naturally keeps track of the detail and makes sure things get done? We are looking for a capable and proactive Administrator to join the Canterbury Radiology Service, with a particular focus on supporting the recruitment, onboarding and movement of our medical workforce.
\n This is an administrative coordination role working closely with our Radiology leadership team, recruitment colleagues and medical workforce. You will help coordinate the many administrative steps involved when Senior Medical Officers, Fellows and Resident Medical Officers are recruited, join our Service, visit us or move on.
\n As part of the Administration and Clerical Pay Equity Claim settlement this role has been mapped to National Band 5/Profile5 Step 1 to 3 (final placement step is dependent on skills, knowledge and experience). What you'll be doing\n \n Coordinating candidate communication, interviews and associated administration.
\n Tracking recruitment activity and proactively following up outstanding actions.
\n Coordinating administrative requirements between appointment and commencement.
\n Arranging onboarding and induction for new medical staff.
\n Maintaining accurate recruitment, onboarding and workforce records.
\n Coordinating administration for visiting health professionals and prospective trainees.
\n Supporting offboarding when members of our medical workforce leave.
\n Keeping Service leadership informed about upcoming appointments, departures and outstanding actions.
\n What we're looking for\n We're interested in what you can do, not simply the roles you've held before. You'll need to be someone who can organise and coordinate multiple activities at the same time while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. You'll communicate confidently and professionally with a wide range of people and be comfortable following things up when they haven't happened. You'll be able to demonstrate that you: are highly organised and can manage competing priorities and deadlines; take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion; notice gaps, outstanding actions or potential problems and act on them; communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing; build positive working relationships with a wide range of people; maintain accurate records and have strong attention to detail; are confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems; can appropriately manage confidential and sensitive information; and contribute positively to a busy, collaborative team.
