Senior Project Manager - Integrated Asset Management Orion has some exciting things happening as they kick-starttheir Integrated Asset Management project. Do you want to be a part of ourcritical Integrated Asset Management project on a 2-year fixed-term contract?
As our Senior ProjectManager (IAM), you will lead the end-to-end project management as well asmanaging the delivery of programme scope by our Implementation Partner Deloitte.The key aspect is to transform Orion’s Network Asset Management across theentire value chain by re-engineering, automating, digitalising and implementingour Asset Management platform and associated functional change.

The role
Lead the IAM project through planning, execution andmonitoring phases including project timelines, budget constraints and qualitystandards
Manage the delivery performed by the ImplementationPartners – Deloitte and sub-contractors) for non-Orion deliverables
Establish and maintain strong communication andcollaborative channels with key stakeholders including business leaders, dataowners and Implementation Partners
Implement robust monitoring to track on-going projectprogress while identifying potential risks and initiate corrective actions
Support change management to ensure a smoothtransition for new processes, technologies and the way we work
Ensure that appropriate project management frameworksalign and governance practices are followed
About you
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager deliveringacross a medium to large size business with a relevant qualification
Previous extensive experience building a strong vendorrelationship, preferably a “big 5”, including delivery management
Excellent relationship management skills withthe ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
Ability to manage expectations through delivery,application, reporting and forecasting principles
Comfortable with ambiguity and experienced inproblem solving by applying tools and frameworks
Be solution focused while managing risk,conflicting priorities and constantly changing demands
