Technical Lead .NET

What you’ll do:\n \n Lead the technical delivery of new features and enhancements

\n Mentor and support developers, ensuring high quality and sustainable code

\n Work cross-functionally to understand user pain points and create value-driven solutions

\n Functional management of the team, monitoring team health, satisfaction, and performance

\n Ensure agile best practices are followed

\n What you bring:\n \n Strong experience in full-stack development (C# .NET, React, SQL, PowerShell)

\n A solid grasp of cloud technologies (preferably AWS)

\n A passion for clean code, agile delivery, and technical mentoring

\n Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset

\n Familiarity with product discovery methods and customer-first thinking
