The Service Coordination and Quality Team Leader role ensures that all services are delivered within a consistent quality management framework which reflects best clinical practice and is responsive to changing client, funder and business needs.
Provide clinical support and advice in collaboration with the Clinical and Service Delivery Manager
Support the clinical and leadership team to manage and resolve serious and sentinel events
Oversight of continuous quality improvements across the Solora network to ensure delivery of high-quality services
Lead, mentor and inspire the Service Coordinators and wider team
Identify opportunities to enhance delivery of clinical services and advise accordingly across all services
Monitor network partner compliance with accreditation and other contractual quality requirements and in accordance with Solora's quality plan
Understanding of Tikanga Māori and the Treaty of Waitangi
Proven experience in motivating and inspiring staff to exceed quality standards
Good analysis skills and ability to interpret business data and produce reports.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Capability to build relationships with key stakeholders/clients at a senior level
Ability to look at the long-term big picture while managing day-to-day decisions
Ability to work effectively in a team and as well as autonomously and under pressure
Knowledge of community health or rehabilitation service delivery would be desirable
