\n We're looking for an experienced Account Manager who can strengthen relationships with our key clients, identify new growth opportunities, and drive business development across the regions. This is a strategic role that combines account management, commercial leadership, and business development, making it ideal for someone who thrives on building partnerships and creating long‑term value.
The Opportunity\n As our National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of national clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand Bodycare's reach and market presence. \n This role offers a unique blend of relationship management, strategic planning, and business development. You'll collaborate with leaders across Bodycare and Habit Health, helping shape growth strategies while ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.
What You'll Be Doing\n \n Build and maintain strong relationships with national and enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact while ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
\n Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive client retention, growth, and long‑term partnerships, conducting regular business reviews and performance discussions.
\n Identify and secure opportunities to grow revenue through cross‑selling, upselling, service expansion, and new client acquisition across the Bodycare and Habit Health service portfolio.
\n Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients and strategic partnerships, developing compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial business cases that deliver value for customers and sustainable growth for the business.
\n Lead commercial discussions including contract negotiations, renewals, and service agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
\n Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement national growth strategies, using market intelligence, client insights, and commercial data to identify emerging opportunities and inform decision‑making.
\n Represent Bodycare at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, strengthening brand awareness and developing relationships with key stakeholders, business leaders, and industry partners.
\n Partner with marketing and operational teams to drive business development initiatives, expand market share, and ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
\n What You'll Bring\n \n Proven success in National Account Management, Business Development, or Strategic Relationship Management.
\n Demonstrated ability to grow revenue through both client retention and new business acquisition.
\n Strong commercial acumen and confidence in negotiating contracts and commercial agreements.
\n Exceptional relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
\n Experience presenting to senior leaders and managing enterprise‑level client relationships.
\n Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
\n A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into tangible results.
\n Experience within healthcare, occupational health, workplace wellbeing, ACC, insurance, or related industries would be highly regarded.
\n Why Join Bodycare?\n At Bodycare, we're passionate about preventing injuries and illness before they happen. You'll be joining a supportive team that works with some of Australia's leading organisations to improve workplace health, safety and wellbeing.
\n We offer:
\n \n Variety in your work across multiple industries and services
\n Ongoing professional development and support
\n A collaborative, people‑focused culture where your expertise is valued
\n Competitive salary and range of staff benefits
\n \n This role is only open to candidates who are either New Zealand citizens, residents, or have unconditional working rights without requiring sponsorship.
