Regional Digital Sales Manager

The primary focus is on facilitating the closure of digital solutions software orders by MELCO businesses within the designated Territory
Task with achieving or surpassing the annual sales objectives for the Territory, with a specific emphasis on key products, services, and target industries as determined by management
Forge partnerships with design engineering/consulting firms to advocate for MELCO digital solutions software
Collaborate closely with the organization's sales and channels to foster synergistic relationships
Ensure timely resolution of all proposals, correspondence, and technical inquiries
Act as the company's representative at prominent market events such as seminars, exhibitions, industry organization meetings, and SI gatherings, delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations as required
Deliver a comprehensive weekly activity report to management
Utilize the Company’s CRM system for effective opportunity management.
Offer valuable feedback to product management and engineering teams to drive product enhancements
Adhere to Company policies, including the Company Travel Policy, for all travel and customer entertainment activities
Seek customer references and meticulously document application details for potential publication
The Requirements:
Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development within Industrial Automation applications, specifically focused on software products
Demonstrable leadership qualities are highly desirable
A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Computer Science, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is essential
Candidates will demonstrate extensive knowledge of control systems or operational informatics within key industries such as manufacturing, automotive, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, data centers, water and wastewater, and building automation
Candidates should be flexible and willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory
