About the role
This position will be responsible for marketing George Stock and its range of products and services to a wide scope of customers with a focus on identifying capital sales opportunities, creating business case solutions and increasing market share within the territory. Your primary focus will be selling in the capital equipment space as well as promoting the online ordering for tyre consumables. Ideally you will be based from Palmerston North, however for the right person we would consider Wellington as the base.
About you
The successful candidate should be able to tick most of these boxes:
Have experience in selling capital equipment of some sort
Be self motivated to achieve as this is largely an autonomous role
Have outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to customers at all levels
Perseverance and resilience to deal with the knock backs
Have strong written skills and the ability to effectively present business cases
Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
