We have an exciting opportunityfora ServiceManager to join our team at our brand new Palmerston North branch.
Your main role will be to manage the Palmerston North Service department - ensure that customer experience is aligned with the Good Guides foundation. Provide clear direction to the Sales Workshop teams to drive the wider site profitability and management of costs.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
At least 2 years' experience in an automotive service environment required - five or more year
Two years of supervisory experience with a similar job responsibility within the automotive industry
Good interpersonal skills
Good analytical skills
Use/maintain computers to monitor daily
Utilise new systems or processes implemented by the
Maintain technical bulletins and special tools to increase technician
Ensure that customer experience and service is a
Ensure that thl business policies and procedures are adhered
Understand and ensure compliance of NZ vehicle
Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers, supply partners, contractors, and business associates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement/communicate/monitor Customer Satisfaction standards
Implement and support RVSC 'good guides' across all department activities
Establish/maintain/build warranty claim processing procedures
Ensure high-quality service and repairs are provided to every customer
Deliver the right vehicle in perfect condition every time
Lead, coach, and mentor the service teams to continue a proven safe and positive culture across the Palmerston North Service Centre
Follow all Branch policies and procedures
Participate in/contribute to management meetings
Establish/maintain/monitor a follow-up system to ensure customer satisfaction within 24 hours
Use an effective appointment system
