Inbound Customer Service Consultant

Description

The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements.

This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

We’re on the lookout for experts in Customer Service to join our team in Mt Albert, Auckland.

Working on behalf of an iconic Kiwi owned airline carrier , your role will be answering inbound calls from customers, using your professional and friendly approach to provide them with support.

We will put you through a fully paid training program, with on-going support in the weeks to follow. This will involve all aspects of the role and enable all our valued staff to become part of a cohesive team.

Key Role Details :

START DATE MARCH 2024

Pay Rate $26 per hour + monthly performance-based bonuses (Up to $250 per month)

Part Time opportunity, between 15 and 30 hours per week over 5 days (rotating roster)

Monday to Sunday 8am - 9pm (expect 1 or 2 weekends per month)

Central Auckland Location (Mount Albert)

Full Time paid training provided! (Must be able to commit to 8 weeks of training Monday to Friday 9am-5 : 30pm)
