The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists within our well established and continually growing global company for a self-motivated, creative, passionate person looking to advance their career within a sales support role. The key duties of the role include but are not limited to:
Assist Business Development Managers & Executive with sales and marketing activities as requested
Creating appointments and organizing sales trips for the NZ sales team
Work and liaise with Aquatec’s service partners across New Zealand
Conducting daily outbound phone calls related to projects, tenders, prospective Drainlayers, Home builders, civil contractors, follow up contacts
Assist with general administration, office keeping duties and tasks as required
Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
Selection Criteria
Confident approach with a good telephone and customer service manner
Self-Driven, practical and a forward Planner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience with Microsoft Office including Power Point (preferred)
An excellent work ethic and the ability to work towards agreed targets and KPIs.
Experience in the civil construction industry desirable but not essential
