The Position:
Working in a well run and homely facility in Dunedin, the Care Home Manager will play a pivotal role in working with the current team to maintain the stable workplace environment that has been cultivated over the years.
With an effective support structure in place, by way of robust processes and procedures, and a professional and dedicated team from Head Office including Regional Quality & Operations teams and strong administration team, the Care Home Manager will be responsible for managing day to day operations and contribute to the successful running of this lovely home.
On site support includes a Clinical Manager, RN's and HCAs on every shift, good staff to resident ratio and a strong administration team. The workplace culture is positive and everyone is prepared to roll up their sleeves and pitch in for the benefit of the residents.
About you:
You will be an empathetic leader with an inclusive communication style to help build strong bonds with the staff, residents and their families.
Experience managing an aged care team.
Ideally have a current APC
A passion for people
A hunger for ongoing professional development – both for your team members and yourself.
