Qualifications and Skills:

At least 3 years of experience in a BIM-specific role, with a proven track record in training and mentorship.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and instruct effectively.
In-depth knowledge of the construction industry’s best practices and regulatory standards in Singapore.
Proactive, with an ability to independently manage training schedules and resources.
Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for technology.
Working Conditions: This role will primarily operate in an office setting but may require occasional site visits and participation in project meetings.
