Responsibilities:
The role will see you oversee all aspects of our service department, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services to both in house and field service clients
Lead and motivate a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize performance and productivity.
Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, driving business growth and profitability.
Collaborate with sales and other departments to identify customer needs, resolve issues, and capitalize on business opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to provide innovative solutions and maintain compliance standards.
Requirements:
An experienced Technician , looking for a step up or in a similar position looking for stability representing well-known brands of choice.
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within the agriculture or machinery industry.
Strong technical knowledge of agricultural equipment and machinery.
Excellent leadership, communication, and administrative skills for accurate month end reporting with a head for numbers.
Ability to prioritize tasks, make decisions under pressure, and solve problems effectively.
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships.
