Job Description We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Assistant Driver to join our team.
\n Key Responsibilities:
\n \n \n Assist the driver with daily deliveries and collections.
\n \n Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
\n \n Check goods against delivery documents.
\n \n Help secure items properly during transportation.
\n \n Provide directions and assist with route planning when required.
\n \n Maintain accurate delivery records.
\n \n Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
\n \n Keep the vehicle and loading area clean and tidy.
\n \n Follow all workplace health and safety requirements.
\n \n Perform other reasonable duties as required.
\n \n Driving vehicle with the which in compliance with road safety compliance and regulations
\n \n Requirements:
\n \n \n Physically fit and able to lift and move goods safely.
\n \n Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours.
\n \n Good communication and teamwork skills.
\n \n A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
\n \n Forklift license and DG license will be preferred
\n \n 1 year experience preferred or Level 1 certificate preferred
\n \n A valid New Zealand driver licence would be advantageous.
\n \n Position Details:
\n \n \n Location: Auckland
\n \n Employment type: Full Time
\n \n Hours: 30 hours per week
\n \n Pay rate: $25 to $35 per hour
\n \n Workdays: Monday to Sunday
