We provide business advice, media production, end to end communication services, research and evaluation, leadership workshops and cultural intelligence training. Primary Function:
To coordinate the design and delivery of business development, engagement, research and evaluation projects for ECG.
Secondary: To support other ECG projects as and when required, including media and communications, engagement and facilitation.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Articulate and communicate the ECG vision and values for our clients and partners
Contribute to the development of ECG strategic plans and key strategic initiatives
Research and Evaluation :
Support report writing and presentation delivery
Support research and engagement of evaluation projects
Project Management Performance:
Co-design projects and manage key parts of delivery.
Coordinate and manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders for different projects and initiatives.
Relationships:
Internal:All staff members of ECG team and contractors.
External:Government Agencies,Clients/Partners; Corporate networks; industry networks; Māori and Pacific Communities.
Health & Safety:
Contribute to a proactive health and safety conscious culture.
Comply with the Health and Safety In Employment Act and the Company's Health & Safety policies and procedures.
English Language Spoken: Advanced
Problem Solving Skills: Proficient
Learning Skills: Advanced
Education/Training/Licences
A qualification in Law, Business, Social Sciences, Planning, Economic Development OR Equivalent
Current Full NZ Motor Vehicle Licence (preferred)
Knowledge & Experience
Intermediate knowledge & experience post study - 2+ years’ experience preferred
Experience in project management.
Understanding & knowledge of Pacific Cultures & Pacific Communities in NZ and in the Pacific region.
