Job Description Inspection of boilers and pressure vessels in accordance with NZ Regulations and Standards.
Inspection of Cranes in accordance with NZ Regulations and Standards.
Welding inspection in accordance with NZ Regulations and Standards.
This will involve inspection at client sites across Invercargill and wider Southland area.
Identify and assist in developing and securing both new business and new business opportunities.
Provide training and mentoring to trainees when qualified to do so.
40 hrs a week with overtime opportunities
Qualifications Profile
Requires training and qualifications such as:
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering/relevant Technology or Science, or;
Have a tertiary qualification in mechanical or marine engineering and/or Certification Board for Inspection Personnel (CBIP) Qualifications in a relevant discipline, or;
Experience in surveying or inspection of boilers, pressure vessels and cranes is also preferable.

Salary range between $90,000 - $110,000 per year
Additional Information Ideally this position is for someone withCBIP recognitions in Pressure Vessels, Cranes and Welding, however training and guidance through theCBIP recognition process will be given to the right candidate with a structured training program.
