Cafe Manager

Job Description

\n We are currently seeking ONE experienced and motivated Cafe Manager to join our team:

\n

\n W e are looking for individuals who are committed, energetic, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. This is a full-time permanent role with a minimum of 30 hours and up to 4 0 hours per week. Weekend and Public Holiday availability is essential. You may be asked to close or start the business depending upon the circumstances.

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n

\n Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure smooth service , discuss menu with kitchen staff to ensure consistency in the food sent out . You should be able to take charge of the entire cabinet menu from introducing/discontinuing items, knowing customer feedback, pricing, display etc.

\n

\n

\n

\n Select, Lead, train, and motivate the team to maintain high standards .

\n

\n

\n

\n Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer feedback .

\n

\n

\n

\n Manage staff rosters, stock control, ordering , collaborating with suppliers and reporting .

\n

\n

\n

\n Maintain health & safety and hygiene standards .

\n

\n

\n Ensure accurate record of receipts/POS transactions/invoices etc.

\n

\n

\n Handle and manage queries from corporate clients/meetings/group bookings if any.

\n

\n

\n

\n Implement promotional activities and decide in-store specials/offers etc.

\n

\n

\n  Qualification/Work Experience

\n

\n • You must have at least two years of relevant work experience out of which at least 6 months should be at a duty manager or higher level.

\n • Strong leadership and communication skills .

\n • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment .

\n • Available to work on weekends and public holidays.

\n • A hands-on attitude with attention to detail .

\n
