Assistant Store Manager
New Plymouth, TARANAKI, New Zealand
We are looking for a motivated individual with exceptional retail management skills to fill the Assistant Manager role in our new Plymouth Store! You'll work with an awesome team and get discounts on rad products!
Drawing on your genuine interest in the surf and/or skate industry, you will be responsible for assisting the manager with day-to-day operations and extending our customer network.
If you have a strong background in clothing or hardware retail or management experience with a focus on people, sales, and exceptional customer service, this could be just for you! It's a bonus if you can surf!
The strengths we require are:
Experience in retail management overseeing staff
Surf or skate hardware knowledge or a willingness to learn
Ability to lead, motivate, communicate and inspire your team
High standard of customer service skills
Maintain outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising standards
Ability to complete store administration tasks and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Availability:
Days of work: Sunday - Thursday (full days)
Starting Mid May
