Strategic: Participate as part of the wider leadership team in the planning, alignment, and execution of the FSI strategic plan.
Leadership: Lead, mentor and coach team members fostering a positive workplace conducive to exceeding role requirements.
Production: Oversee all production operations to achieve the company’s objective’s for safety, quality, output, productivity, efficiency and cost management.
Manufacturing Capability: Lead automation efforts to enhance long-term efficiency and build a manufacturing culture to support a growth minded business based on robust data measurement and continuous improvement.
Financial: Jointly establish with the CEO an annual production/ manufacturing budget and financial targets for the business.

Significant experience in a senior manufacturing / production role.

Highly advanced communication skills and an understanding of stakeholder interaction.
Experience working and leading continuous improvement in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Proven ability to adapt and manage competing deadlines.
