\n Developing Sales and Budget Strategies. Manage the P&L for your store. Maximize sales and profitability byidentifying, analysing,and forecasting sales or issues.

\n Managing Day-to-Day Store Operations. Driveoperational initiativesandensureprofitability and efficiency of your store.Ensure the storerepresentsourbrand and culture, using our policies, values, and best practices as your guide.

\n Enhancing Our Culture. Maintaina strong and positive culture where everyone isvalued,recognized, and enabled to succeed throughfeedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition.You’llalsomonitor KPIs andhelp attract, recruit, anddevelopstore talent.
