We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team in our Albany Branch!Tasks and Responsibilities :
Maintain a high quality, customer-focused approach to the delivery of services.
Comfortable dealing with customers over the phone.
Process sales orders and quotes.
The ability to understand a wide range of technology products and discuss technical information to the customers.
Assisting customers with queries and providing information to solve problems.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have the following attributes :
Excellent in computer hardware and software knowledge (preferred but not essential)
Previous experience working in a phone-based customer service role is preferable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
