Architectural Draftsperson (Revit and BIM)\n We’re looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsperson who is highly proficient in Revit and BIM to join a busy and growing team in Auckland.

\n What You'll Be Doing

\n \n Strong Revit skills and solid understanding of BIM

\n Experience producing detailed architectural drawings and documentation

\n Ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications

\n Strong knowledge of construction methods and detailing

\n High attention to detail and accuracy

\n Ability to work independently and as part of a team

\n Relevant architectural drafting experience

\n \n What We’re Looking For

\n \n Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter, Technologist, or Technician

\n Strong Revit skills and a solid understanding of BIM methodologies (mandatory)

\n Demonstrated experience producing detailed architectural drawings and documentation packages

\n Excellent ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications

\n In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and architectural detailing

\n High attention to detail, precision, and accuracy in all technical output

\n Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical details clearly

\n Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

\n Weekly pay

\n Competitive hourly rate / salary package (commensurate with experience)

\n Hourly rate: $42 to $55 per hour

\n Hours: 40 hours per week (Minimum 30 hours guaranteed).

\n Roman & Brothers Construction Limited is an Auckland based construction company. We are now hiring an Architectural Designer to prepare drawings and interpret plans.

\n Your duties may include but not limited to:

\n \n assisting Construction Managers, Architects and Surveyors in planning and organisation

\n interpreting plans, regulations and codes of practice

\n preparing preliminary sketches, working drawings and specifications

\n preparing, editing and revising plans, maps, charts and drawings

\n inspecting work and materials for compliance with specifications, regulations and standards

\n calculating costs and estimating time scales

\n collecting data using surveying instruments and photogrammetric equipment

\n performing routine computations and plotting preliminary data

\n \n To be successful in this role, you need to have

\n \n NZQF Level 5 or higher qualification in the field relevant to architectrue, architectural design or technology, or at least three years relevant work
