Regional Manager - Lower North Island

Now, we are looking for an exceptional Regional Manager to lead our Lower North Island operations across Belmont and Ōtaki — and help shape what comes next.

\n This is a senior leadership role with real influence: leading a region, developing great people, lifting operational excellence, delivering strategic projects and contributing to an industry that is critical to New Zealand’s future.

\n You may already bring quarrying or extractives experience, and that will be highly valued. More importantly, you will bring the leadership judgement, commercial focus and people-first approach to build capability, strengthen performance and leave a legacy through the region you lead.

\n As Regional Manager, you will set the direction for the region and turn strategy into action. You will lead safe, efficient and commercially strong operations; embed operational excellence; guide long‑term quarry planning and resource development; oversee capital investment and strategic projects; and build trusted relationships with customers, communities, iwi, regulators and key stakeholders.

\n You will join a highly experienced, down‑to‑earth Senior Leadership Team where your voice will matter and your leadership will help grow the industry, not just the operation.

What you will bring\n \n Senior leadership experience in quarrying, mining, extractives or a comparable operational environment; quarrying experience is preferred

\n Commercial judgement across budgets, profitability, capital investment and business performance

\n A track record of building high‑performing teams, coaching leaders and growing capability

\n Experience lifting safety, productivity, customer outcomes and operational excellence

\n Project management discipline to lead complex initiatives and deliver outcomes through others

\n Strong stakeholder leadership with customers, communities, iwi, regulators and senior leaders

\n A safety, wellbeing and environmental mindset, with the ambition to develop your people and the industry around you
