\n \n Financial Audits

\n \n \n Verify accuracy of financial records and reports.

\n Check compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

\n Investigate any irregularities or discrepancies.

\n Project Audits \n \n Review project budgets vs actual costs.

\n Audit contracts, subcontracts, procurement, and payment processes.

\n Evaluate efficiency and identify potential cost-saving areas.

\n Compliance Audits \n \n Ensure adherence to construction laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.

\n Verify licenses, permits, and certifications are up to date.

\n Operational Audits \n \n Assess operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

\n Review internal controls and recommend improvements.

\n Monitor use of materials, equipment, and manpower.

\n Risk Management \n \n Identify and assess risks related to project delays, fraud, or safety.

\n Evaluate insurance coverage and risk mitigation plans.

\n Reporting \n \n Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.

\n Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations.
