The Role | Te mahi
We are seeking a talented Food and Beverage Attendant to join our food and beverage team at Sudima Christchurch Airport. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing great service to their customers. Whether you are a seasoned professional in the foody scene, or a newcomer to hospitality, we are keen to talk with you - Full training will be provided.
This is a casual role based at Sudima Christchurch Airport with a pay rate of $25 per hour.
Responsibilities | Ngā haepapa
Provide a warm engaging welcome to all guests
Work as a team to ensure exceptional service and dining experiences
Preparation of the restaurant for service
Seating guests, taking orders and delivering exceptional service at all times
Taking external and internal phone inquiries and delivery of room service
Settling guest accounts
Ensuring a positive resolution and follow up with any guest complaints
About you | Ko koe tēnei
Flexibility to work varied hours across week days, weekends and public holidays
Exceptional grooming and hygiene standards
Ability to remain calm under pressure, willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests make the most of their day
Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with good attention to detail
Have a desire to learn and grow your hospitality career
Experience in restaurant & bar service or customer facing role would be advantageous but not essential.
