As a Duty Manager, your role is to run the establishment on a shift by shift basis and report directly to your Venue Manager. We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager who can hit the ground running, lead an energetic team and smash our customers' expectations out of the park. For this role, you will champion delivering consistently great service, be a team player, maintain composure in a busy environment while successfully multi-tasking the delivery of customer expectations, training and development of your new team as well as be able to drive and grow the business.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Experience working in a late-night venue is a must
A current LCQ/Manager's Licence
A minimum of 2-3 years hospitality experience in a vibrant, fast-paced restaurant
Available to work late nights and day shifts
A good understanding of Health & Safety
Ideally knowledge of wage costs and targets
Strong food & beverage knowledge
Excellent customer service skills
Experience managing teams
Leadership skills
