Role Overview: As the Head of Sales, you will spearhead our sales efforts, driving revenue growth and achieving organizational objectives through effective leadership and strategic execution. This role encompasses direct sales responsibilities, team management, and operational oversight across various facets of sales. In this role you will also get the opportunity to experience new cultures and meet new people as you travel internationally up to 12 weeks per year.
Location: Newmarket, Auckland
Key Responsibilities:
Lead international sales efforts, setting the example for the team.
Enhance sales systems and processes for optimal efficiency.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities and products.
Manage and support the sales team, setting and monitoring performance metrics.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including NZTE.
Provide insightful sales reporting and oversee CRM implementation.
Drive the Pronto Sales Automation Project to streamline operations.
