With at least 2 years of agency experience under your belt, you thrive in the fast-paced world of marketing, possess an unparalleled dedication to exceptional service, and have an innate ability to get things done. You're hyper-focused on delivering results and exceeding client expectations while never compromising on quality. Your role will be pivotal in nurturing and expanding our client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered with Imagic's signature excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are not just met, but exceeded at every turn.
Drive projects forward with relentless determination, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is never compromised.
Collaborate closely with our creative and strategic teams to oversee the flawless execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Analyse campaign performance with a keen eye for detail, offering actionable recommendations for optimization and future strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an agency environment, demonstrating a proven track record in managing client accounts and driving projects to success.
Thorough understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, coupled with a relentless pursuit of innovation and excellence.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex strategies effectively and persuasively.
A results-driven mindset, with an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
