SecOps Engineer

We are seeking an IT security expert to bring their extensive knowledge and experience to actively ensure the safety and security of all people, assets, systems and procedures under our control. To implement the firm's information security strategy effectively, this role will be required to instruct and influence others to ensure compliance with safe operating practices, company policies and all regulations.

Our ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 2-3 years in a similar SecOps engineering role.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems administration or engineering.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows infrastructure.
Deep knowledge of Azure security services and Microsoft Entra.
Understanding of network security protocols such as SSL/TLS, IPSec, SSH, and others.
Practical experience in several of the following areas: security monitoring, threat/vulnerability/risk analysis and assessment, effective threat mitigation, and security processes, network and security systems.
Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS benchmarks.
Experience in a professional services organization.
Ability to work collaboratively across different IT and business units to implement security measures and raise awareness.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in identifying security alerts, threats, and devising effective countermeasures.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).
Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
CompTIA Security+.
